Date Hotel was Destroyed by Fire edit

In noting the change by User:Lemunz on 7 July 2014, I checked the references originally posted with the article; they indicated that the fire was on August 9, 1969. However, other sources, including the National Park Service web site (which also has an image of the sign that is erected at the spot), listed the date of the fire as July 9. I hunted down a newspaper article and entered it as a reference. Just putting this note here in case someone else notices the discrepancy in dates. skatoulaki (talk) 13:30, 7 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
