Talk:Girlfriends (American TV series)

Mar24: I reverted back to Mar5 version before the craziness

edit

I returned the intro bc it being the longest running AfrAm show is significant.AfrAm shows are few so this one being on for 8yrs is significant. I returned 'reruns on wetv cable channel' bc why cant it be on here? Reruns(syndication) is lsited on wiki articles on tv shows. I returned the theme songs (opening sequence) section bc it is relevant to the article. 173.79.58.33 (talk) 18:51, 24 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

your edits have been removed. the version you returned to contains numerous policy violations including: improper use of copyright material, material supplied by unreliable sources, and material that is not supported by any source other than the editors personal observations. Feel free to improve the article, but you must follow Wikipedia's policies while doing so. If you have questions, please feel free to ask, but do not simply revert to the old version which contians the violations or you will be at risk of being blocked for violating our policies, including our three revert rule. -- The Red Pen of Doom 20:28, 25 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
Hi 41.210.178.124 (talk) 02:49, 11 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

State specificallly what is the problem in the article. Instead you just revert. 4 example, why cant it being the longest AfrAm lady show in tv history be included? Y cant its rerun info be included? 70.108.110.22 (talk) 02:30, 26 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

I did specifically say - both in my reply above (please actually read the links to our policies, they are included for a reason) and in my original edit summaries. -- The Red Pen of Doom 03:04, 26 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
What the hell has been going on in the Girlfriends article? Why are my girlfriends title cards are missing? --Ceddy 06 21:38, 26 March 2009 (UTC)
Because they are violations of our WP:FAIRUSE policy in relation to use of copyright material. -- The Red Pen of Doom 03:16, 27 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

GirlfriendsGirlfriends (U.S. TV series) – There's 3 other movies called "Girlfriends", a British reality show with the same name, and even though it was very popular it has not been on in 9 years, so therefore I believe this is not the primary topic and that "Girlfriends" should redirect to Girlfriend. 76.116.198.27 (talk) 02:55, 9 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Support - My immediate thought was Girlfriends (UK TV series) so this seems like a logical move.Mark E (talk) 10:39, 9 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
