Photo a is of a way better quality and from the same year, so the person hasn't changed. In the "Education and early political activism" section, in the third paragraph. The sentence "specialised in issuing professional diplomas for job titles such as chef, waiter, entertainer, tour guide, entertainer, hostess, depending on the course of studies chosen by the student."
