I spotted the page on the speedy delete and tried to fix it up a bit. The author effectively reverted the page to a better format of the article as marked for speedy delete. Subsequently I reverted (see above)it to my edit.
Quite honestly it does make sense for this article to exist as long as it is not a promotion. I think flagging it for speedy delete made sense by whoever did it as it is very much a case of complete re-write needed. And if the end result is a reasonable article all is good and well.
