- Son of Kunos and brother of Kiernus appears as Gimbut in Kronika Bychowca, a largely fantastic 16th century Ruthenian chronicle. Most of their history is fictious, and so probably is Gimbut himself. The strange spelling Kgwinðbunt appears in this Estonian genealogy of Trubczewski family.
