Predecessor-successor table doesn't include Trevisoedit
Need entry like that now in use, in Marcel Lefebvre's Wikipedia article, for Tulle diocese. (Lefebvre was Archbishop-Bishop of Tulle; this does not imply or disallow that his predecessor or successor was Archbishop-Bishop of Tulle in lieu of being just Bishop of Tulle. Gardin, however, is incumbent in Treviso, so we'd be noting "Incumbent" due to lack of a successor.)
