The article says that there's passing loop but actually, there are two distinct lines at the parking structure. It only becomes a single line at the museum plaza. You can currently see this on the satellite view from Google Maps, the two trainsets are parked side-by-side just beyond the covered loading plaza at the bottom of the hill.
