A fact from Gesta Tancredi appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 25 December 2006. The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that Gesta Tancredi, one of the most important contemporary histories of the First Crusade, was not translated into English until 2005?

I'm just a little concerned about the subject matter of this article. It seems to be more about Ralph of Coen than of the Gesta Tancredi. --JB Adder | Talk13:09, 25 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
They are inseparable, the historian and his history. Why not add a plot summary with a spoiler warning, which commonly serve in lieu of analysis in Wikipedia?--Wetman20:45, 25 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
