Christmasmeals

The article says that it is common to eat goose on christmas days and eve and as an alternative wiener and potato salad . I would like to ask someone to make a change which is more specific. As a german (Saxony) I experienced it as follows: On Christmas eve it is common to eat potato salad and wiener or any other kind of a non-fancy dish. The goose will be eaten on the first and second day of christmas as it is a feast. The carp dish is more common on new years eve but is sometimes also eaten on Christmas eve, but not fried as filet rather more cooked in boiling water with added vinegar. These dish is then called "Carp blue" - "Karpfen, blau". Maybe someone mor fluent in english an with a broader understanding of german cuisine can correct the paragraph, please. — Preceding unsigned comment added by JenWen123 (talkcontribs) 16:41, 20 September 2018 (UTC)
