Incorrect info re Stokell's role in the Billy Lanne story edit

The claim about making a suitcase from skin is dubious (it is claimed to have been a 'tobacoo pouch' but the evidence seems scant for this, and Stokell didn't open the grave for this purpose alone), it has errors of pronouns and the date is incorrect (William Lanne, 'King Billy', died 1869 and is no longer considered to have been the 'last Aboriginal male' of Tasmania). Stokell's role in the mutilation of Billy Lanne's body was more involved than this. I'm a novice Wikipedia editor, only correcting small errors and making copy edits, until I have more experience.
