The ODNB entry for the economist Ralph George Hawtrey (see his Wikipedia article) gives his parents as George Procter Hawtrey and his first wife, Eda Strahan. This G. P. Hawtrey is "headmaster of St Michael's preparatory school, Slough". Presumably, given the biographical details here, this is the same man; the source cited here however makes no reference to G. P. Hawtrey having been a headmaster. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.145.163.220 (talk) 13:06, 19 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Sources added which confirm his identity- the actor was the former schoolmaster. Clearly the source already cited in this article simply wasn't concerned with his former activities. Problem solved! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.145.163.220 (talk) 13:23, 19 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
