@AustralianRupert: Wow, that's a while ago! Will have a look around - checking edits either side my first suspicion is it is a typo on my part and should read "Moore 1987" as a reference for this work: John Moore, The First Fleet Marines, University of Queensland Press (1987) isbn 0702220655. -- Euryalus (talk) 18:39, 30 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
