Ace? edit

In the lede, I have changed "...began his military career as a flying ace..." to "...was a flying ace..." because the longer statement gave the impression that Weiner commenced his flying career as an ace, rather than became one.

Rather misleading.

  • Your point being? It doesn't matter how well researched a self-published source is. It is still self-published, and does not qualify as a reliable source per WP:SPS This defunct GeoCities user page by a group of amateur WWII buffs does not qualify as a reliable source.
