editI moved this page from Frank James Fleury because an OTRS ticket (2006050810012783) pointed out that Geoffrey Walsh, not Frank James Fleury, was the Chief of the General Staff from 1961-1964 . I found some confirmation of this on websites. Since that was pretty much the whole article, I moved it to maintain the history. FreplySpang (talk) 15:22, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
