Much of this article is written in an in-universe style and should be rewritten in a tone that makes it clear it is discussing a fictional town within a work of fiction. Some of the material seems to be original research, and it lacks references even if it is not. On revisiting, it strikes me that the entire list of resident families and characters is redundant, since it's essentially a duplicate of the Y&R cast list.
