I have noticed that, while this article regarding General Alvear Partido is a stub, there is a more complete article about the same subject in the Spanish Wikipedia (es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Partido_de_General_Alvear). However, don't speak Spanish very well, so I'll transfer some of the information which I can understand over to the English article. If anyone understands Spanish more fluently, please help. Thanks so much.
