Descriptions of the illustrations

The actual book itself lists only names, no descriptions, so current descriptions under each image are pure speculation on the part of whoever contributed them. What a Confusing Layout

Does anyone else find this layout of embedded pictures with about a billion and one odd links confusing? I thought the whole purpose of having separate articles was that it streamlined, you know, actually finding important information.
