I've added only two different refs - granted, some of them were mentioned earlier, but that includes the factual report of the investigative body. That should be adequate referencing to the subject - feel free to add any others you may find. I think this is enough to justify my removal of the UNREF tag... The infobox lists 3 fatalities. What happened? Did they die in the "resultant fire", which is mentioned but not well explained? Were the fatalities passengers or crew? Was anyone brought up on charges for negligence? This article needs more work, if anyone is familiar with the material. Boneyard90 (talk) 20:45, 23 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

According to a flight attendant friend of mine, the video of the evacuation is used for training their flight crews on what not to do: the Indonesian flight crew got out of the plane as fast as they could, abandoning the passengers to their fate.
