At the time I accessed (2009-4-2008) the Southern Europe article the term "garlic belt" does not appear at all in the article. So I don't think the redirection is appropriate. Furthermore in order to have a "garlic belt" article at all there should be some respectable reference on what the term means and that it is established. So I'll wait for a few days and if no reference is provided and the Southern Europe article is not updated to cover the term "garlic belt" I will erase the "garlic belt" reference.
