who is lilashah?? Swami Lila shah is a worshiped person in Sindhi religion (Like Sai Baba). He was a saint who taught many good things to Sindhi "Samaaj" (Community).

HE BECAME A DECIPLE OF WELL KNOWN VEDANTA ACHRYA “SHRI KESHAVRAM, TANDA MAHMAD KHAN”. HIS GURU REALISED THAT HE WAS IN ADVANCE STAGE OF SPIRITUAL PATH AND WAS AFFECTIONATELY CALLED “LILASHAH”.
SWAMIJI TRAVELED FAR AND WIDE BOTH NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL. HE VISITED HARIDWAR, RISHIKESH, UTTER KASHI, HIMALAYAN CAVES, TIBET, ETC. FOR MEDITATION.
HE WAS A BAL BRAHMCHARI & DEDICATED HIS LIFE TO SERVE PEOPLE.. SWAMIJI WORKED VIGOROUSLY FOR THE WELFARE OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN. HE STRONGLY RAISED HIS VOICE AGAINST DOWRY, EXTRAVAGANCE IN MARRIAGES, SMOKING, DRINKING & OTHER VOICES.
SWAMIJI WAS SPREAD HIS FRAGRANCE, LOVE AND AFFECTION NOT ONLY IN SINDH & HIND, BUT ALSO IN MANY FOREIGN CONTRIES LIKE JAKARTA, INDONESIA, HONG KONG, SINGAPORE ETC.
SWAMIJI WAS ALSO AN EXPERT PHYSICIAN OF NATUROPATHY & CURE MANY PATIENTS OF CHRONIC DISEASES THROUGH YOGA, EXERCISES & OTHER HERBAL PRESCRIPTIONS.
HE PREACHED FOR PRESERVATION OF SINDHI LANGUAGE AND INSISTED THAT SIDHIS SHOULD NOT FORGET THEIR MOTHER TOUNG. INSPIRED BY HIS NOBLE & BENEVOLENT THOUGHTS, THROUGH HIS DIVINE BLESSINGS, VEDANT ASHRAMS, DHARAMSHALAS, GAUSHALASH, PATHSHALAS, LIBRARIES, SATSANG SABHAS, HOMES FOR WIDOWS & OLD PERSONS HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED ALL OVER THE CONTRY AT VARIOUS PLACES.
HE NEVER CALLED HIMSELF A GURU BUT A SERVANT OF THE PEOPLE & TREATED THEME LIKE BROTHERS & SISTERS. HE ALSO CONTRIBUTED SINDHI LITERATURE BY WRITING A SMALL BOOKS.
SWAMIJI PRACTICED SIMPLE LIVING & HIGH THINKING. HE USED TO EAT ONLY ONCE DURING THE DAY. EVEN AT THE AGE OF 93 HE WAS SO PHYSICALLY FIT & FINE THAT HE WOULD GIVE COMPLEX TO ANY PERSON IN HIS 30’S
HE OBTAINED NIRVAN & LEFT HIS MORTAL BODY ON 4TH. NOV. 1973, AT THE AGE OF 94 YEARS AT PALANPUR. HIS MORTAL BODY WAS GIVEN SAMADIHI AT THE SWAMI LILASHAH ASHRAM ADIPUR HIS BIRTH & NIRVANA DAYS ARE CELEBRATED BY HIS DEVOTEES IN INDIA AS WELL AS ABROAD BY HOLDING A 3 DAYS MELA AT HIS SAMADI STHAL “ADIPUR – KUTCH”.
