Whats up with the "world's second favorite semiconductor" part?
- The most favorite is Si, the second favorite is GaAs for its optical properties SebSta (talk) 12:21, 7 August 2015 (UTC)
- Favorite is a subjective opinion. I could swallow Si as 'worlds favorite' just because of its abundance, but second favorite? Germanium would also have a fair claim for #2, as would GaN because of all the hype over the last few decades... Do we have some serious objection against getting rid of subjective opinions?
