Ebird 1 2 recognises that the taxa referred to Nesoclopeus belong to Gallirallus. IOC 3 and the IUCN 4 5 recognises that the taxa belong to Hypotaenidia, a subset of Gallirallus sensu lato. Hemiauchenia (talk) 19:55, 6 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Pvmoutside: are you suggesting a split? Wikipedia does not have a separate article for Hypotaenidia. Hemiauchenia (talk)
