What's the white material which is the most attention-grabbing item in the picture? Eggs? Some mention of it should be made in the article because it is obviously a primary ingredient....or is it from the beef ribs? Steve Hyland (talk) 22:10, 26 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Yes, that is egg that is a common ingredient for the dish, but my sources do not mention about it, so I did not translate it.--Caspian blue 18:42, 27 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
