supported OSes for porting section; removed for simplicity, someone can put it back in if they can make it a little more than just a list.

Critique on "piggy backing remark": porting still remains necessary, specially for "out of the ordinary" platforms with e.g. deviating linkers.

More so even for GPC because they work with patches to gcc, and are not part of the general gcc multi (computer)lingual distribution.

Free Pascal Compiler

I added a link (at the end of the links) to the Free Pascal website and the Free Pascal wikipedia article as it is a viable alternative and also to assist in clarifying that GNU Pascal and Free Pascal are two different but similar products, though possibly confused with each other to someone coming in from the outside.
