Contested deletion edit

This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because no content was copied. You can check that it's a direct translation from German Wikipedia article. If there any copyright infrigement it would be in the German Wikipedia article which would need to be removed too. When I created the article I thought about translating from Italian or German but chose German because looked more complete. After reviewing this incident I discovered user that originally uploaded the photo was "Gsc-helpdesk" so probably a member or the institution itself and the user that created the German article in German Wikipedia "Algsc" is probably a member of the team so thinking that they are the original authors of the content (text and photos) is reasonable. If that is true or not should be verified in German Wikipedia article and with the German Wikipedia authors. English wikipedia article is my own work and that can be verified word by word if you compare it to the German Wikipedia article. Also not a reason for the article to be removed, just to be written again. --Stoni (talk) 19:36, 4 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Having reviewed this case, the article is sufficiently different from this website's article that I think that the above translation justification is plausible. Note as well that as the original site was published as free for non-commercial use, speedy deletion would not have been appropriate; while non-free content such as "free for non-commercial use" is not welcome on Wikipedia, it does not need to be wiped from the servers with quite so much haste and a maintenance tag is enough to address the issue. signed, Rosguill talk 20:14, 4 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because... deletion has been already discussed and it was decided that it should not be removed --Stoni (talk) 11:00, 16 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
