RfC about the exit table edit
1. Are the COVID exit closures still active? They are not sourced. If they aren't active anymore, we could add it under the "history" section, perhaps.
2. Wouldn't the exit list have to be significantly changed because of the 2022 71118 plan update? I can't remember the allocation of the old segments of G95, but they have presumably become S routes); perhaps we could split those up.
