Is this city in the People's Republic of China?
Yes, it is. It is in Fujian province.
Overseas Fuqing Chinese edit
The Fuqing Chinese were not well known amongst overseas Chinese (Huaqiao) until the 1990s. Since then they have become "overseas" through human smuggling via the "Snake-Head" methods. The original Chinese peoples of America and Europe had nobody from Fuqing, and even today the Fuqings are regarded as parasites by the decendants of the original Chinese who founded China Towns across the world. 86.181.68.77 (talk) 00:41, 11 April 2011 (UTC)
I am glad that there were some information about Fuqing in Wikipedia. I like about how you have described what is guangbing like and how it was invented however, can you also describe what is oyster patties, fish ball, sweet potato ball, and seaweed cake. Also, there wasn't very much citations and I think that the introduction could be longer. I think that the article can include the population of Fuqing and the lifestyle that they have.
