GA review (see here for criteria)
  1. It is reasonably well written.
    a (prose):   b (MoS):
PS is, I think, the German abbreviation for metric horsepower. Is that appropriate in the infobox?
The French abbreviation, CV, doesn't work in the template, and since the unit is the same...
You could type it up by hand, but it's not that big of a deal, really.
"Chacal and Tigre escorted the light cruiser Primauguet to French West Africa between 13 January and 10 April 1931 and the four depth charge throwers were removed in 1932" - it seems odd to combine the trip to FWA and the removal of the depth charge throwers in a single sentence, especially since it might not be clear which ship lost the throwers.
Clarified, but I think that it would flow badly if I were to separate the removal into its own sentence. Alternatively, I could fold it into the following sentence since they both occur in '32 if you think that would read better.
Yeah, I think that might work better.

  2. It is factually accurate and verifiable.
a (references):   b (citations to reliable sources):   c (OR):
  3. It is broad in its coverage.
    a (major aspects):   b (focused):
Had a look at Rohwer and the only thing that might be worth including is the fact that the French destroyers' bombardment off Boulogne-sur-Mer temporarily stopped the German advance. Up to you though.
I'd want to check that against a more ground-focused account before I added it.
Any info on when she was broken up?
Annoyingly no, at least not RS. Wrecksite.eu has some more info behind a paywall, but I've gotten better things to do with my money.
  4. It follows the neutral point of view policy.
    Fair representation without bias:
  5. It is stable.
    No edit wars, etc.:
  6. It is illustrated by images, where possible and appropriate.
a (images are tagged and non-free images have fair use rationales):   b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
Why not use File:Contre-torpilleur Jaguar (1926).svg (or see if Max would translate File:Jaguar-class destroyer - General Arrangement Plans - RU.svg for you)?
File:Chacal-2.jpg is also available if you want to use it
I generally save line drawings, etc., for the class article and I'm not really sure that the other ONI photo doesn't offer anything not already visible in the infobox photo.
    Fair enough.
  7. Overall:
    Pass/Fail:
