Talk:Freeway motorcycling restrictions in East Asia

Hong Kong edit

I have deleted the territory from this article, for two reasons.

Firstly, there is no specific restriction on motorcycles with regard to their use on expressways, although a relevant clause does exist, preventing 'any vehicle with an engine capacity lower than 125cc' from entering expressways.

Secondly, the clause mentioned above is by no means unique to the territory, since it is based on a similar clause in the Highway Code also current in the Irish Rules of the Road, and the slightly higher cited figure on engine capacity is, in my opinion, more appropriately attributed to the much later date of introduction of the Expressways Regulations, which is 1992, rather than to an attempt to take account of any specifically local circumstances.

Bulgaria is not in East Asia edit

Removed from the section on speed restrictions. Perhaps it belongs in another article:

Bulgaria: 100 km/h (as opposed to 130 km/h for cars)
