Update July 2009

edit

I have updated this article to include corrections and new information, as published in Gurvich and Wray's recent book on Deeming. Written by two Melbourne legal practitioners with access to original documents, it's probably the most accurate account of Deeming available to date. Some aspects of Deeming's activities still remain obscure, however. NB I deliberately removed reference to the actual house in Windsor - as it is still used as a residence. Work still to be done of the newspaper efforts to connect Deeming with Jack the Ripper. --Nickm57 (talk) 00:05, 6 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Might be able to use this to counter the Deeming = Jack the Ripper arguments. I realise that as a webpage, it naturally holds less legitimacy than a book or something, but it is a government-run site. -- Nachturnal (talk) 18:28, 30 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
It is already linked!Nickm57 (talk) 22:02, 30 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
My bad, sorry. Gogo epic fail. -- Nachturnal (talk) 03:23, 31 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Good article?

edit

You can append the article, and perhaps make it good? I'd like to transfer the finished article on the Russian language and make it good. While it is too small. Best regards. Зейнал (talk) 16:23, 18 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

I am not really sure what you want. Can't you just copy it and translate it? Nickm57 (talk) 04:29, 19 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
I can, but little in the article text. You can finish it? I want to convert more information, but books on the topic I have not. Зейнал (talk) 14:05, 19 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
I'm so sorry, but I don't know what you mean. I don't have the main text mentioned here anymore if that is what you are asking. Sorry. Nickm57 (talk) 21:36, 19 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

This article needs a photo, perhaps some newspaper references from the time he was in the press. Archives can usually be found at libraries. More references may be helpful. Jame§ugrono 09:45, 13 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
