Too much quoting edit

The "Production" section has two lengthy quotes by Guillermo del Toro. It feels a bit WP:PROMO to have both of these, like it is a press release from the studio. I suggest at least removing the second quote since it is not as specifically informative as the first one, and it could simply be conveyed as GDT wanting to make it for years but worried about not getting it right.
