Frank's brothers
editAccording to an article in the Graudnia, there were four Worthington brothers who played during the 60's and 70's. I can only name three, Frank, Bob and Dave. Anyone know who the fourth was? --Pontsticill 13:54, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
It seems the Gruadina article was wrong. According to Frank, he had two brothers who played league football. --Pontsticill 15:12, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
Dallas Tornado
editITV4 recently broadcast as 'The Big Match Revisited' the Bolton-Ipswich match of 22nd April 1979, in the commentary of which it was noted that FW had just agreed to join Dallas Tornadoes [sic] and would sign for them "on Monday". Presumably this deal fell through somehow? Harfarhs (talk) 13:47, 1 April 2013 (UTC)
