It's Fair Use, see the picture page for rationale. The watermark was added by Pathe, but that doesn't negate Fair Use, if anything, makes it better for Fair Use purposes (thought not why chosen). Green Cardamom (talk) 00:48, 27 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
