Have reviewed now, only a couple of things to nitpick:

• "...and was appointed commanding officer of No. 3 AOS at Port Pirie on the 9th." I find the "9th" a little jarring and while it is obviously referring to 9 December, I wonder if this could be rephrased to "...at Port Pirie the following week." (the 1st was a Wednesday)
  • Considered that but I do like to offer a precise date if I have one (and have been able to do so in much of this article owing to access to his files) so what if I said "9 December" and hang the repetition of the month? Cheers, Ian Rose (talk) 11:10, 7 September 2013 (UTC)

• No reference details for Legge (Note 36)

• No obvious omissions in the article
• Images checked out OK
• No dab or duplicate links
• External links generally check out OK although some are "Uncategorized redirects" and "Excessed redirect limit". These seem to work fine for me and uncertain if this is something that can be fixed (or even if it is an issue for GA - unlikely I would have thought...)
