Lesson I learned recently: Always be the first to write on your talk page because if the first person who writes on your pages gets banned by an administrator they will immediately, and without any warning, delete the entire page making you have to work to get it back. Same with articles, don't do a lot of work on other people's articles because if they get banned the whole article gets deleted. I know it sounds ridiculous but at this time the administrators believe it is more important to delete everything a banned editor has created, EVEN IF WHAT WAS CREATED IS PERFECTLY GOOD.
