I disagree with the move from Franco of Cologne. English-speaking sources use Franco of Cologne, not Franco von Köln. Grove, Britannica, and every reference book on my shelf has it "of Cologne". In addition, Google gives 814 results in English for "Franco of Cologne" but only six for "Franco von Köln" ([1]) , and every single one of the six references something in German.
