Not sure where on the pantheon of architecture Skinner fits. Notability based on working with a very notable architect, seems to be his primary claim to fame. Howver, there is some evidence of Skinner being influential in his own right, therefore I've assessed him as 'mid' (rather than 'high') importance. Sionk (talk) 02:07, 2 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
