This article was tagged for speedy deletion under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion but a reviewing administrator or uninvolved experienced editor (DESiegel (talk)) declined the request on the basis that: Buildings including shopping centers, are out of scope for A7. Contested deletion edit

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because it is an actual shopping center in the town of Owings Mills, Maryland and so it is a page of a currently operating shopping center that is owned by real estate developer company Greenberg Gibbons. There is no reason for a page to be deleted for any reason if it is to inform others about a location that has not yet been covered on Wikipedia so therefore I stand by my story.
