QuackGuru, I think [the information you removed] is highly relevant, as it explains why the foundation is called "Foundation for a Smoke-free World", and what its primary marketing purpose is. It seems you created the section you argue this article should be merged to by moving a sentence in the PMI article to its own section; I've move it back for now. I hadn't seen that content; thank you for telling me about it. I think this articles' content is probably better in its own article, parallel to the "Advancement of Sound Science Center", but it you would strongly prefer a section in the PMI article, I'd be OK with a section titled "Foundation for a Smoke-Free World" and containing the content about the meaning of the name and purposes and independence of the organization.
