USMC Fast FAC edit

Forward Air Controllers and the Cambodian incursion edit
In 1970 after a Rod FAC operating out of Song Be in Vietnam discovered the route by which the 5th NVA was moving from near Rang Rang North of Siagon to bases in Cambodia a mission was started directed by 7th Air Force using Pretzel FACs flying O-1 aircraft with an Army photographer in the back seat to gather intelligence on the location and defenses in Cambodia. Along the border from the area known as the parrots beak North the 5th NVA established themselves. While supporting special forces operations from CC South their visual recon from the air developed extensive knowledge which led to the B-52 bombing in the area and later the Cambodian incursion. Cambodian mercenaries attached to the Special Forces 3rd Mobile Strike Force then moved in to the Rang Rang area and discovered the largest weapons cache ever discovered in south Vietnam and extensive NVA underground bunker complexes with the help of Smokey FACS flying in support. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 206.53.19.52 (talk) 15:12, 21 April 2013 (UTC)
Bat 21 Bravo edit
I added a link to the Bat 21 Bravo operation in the "See Also" section of the article. Unless they did something in addition to this, I don't think it's necessary to add every FAC who took part in the operation. I'm not going to get into an edit war over it, though.
