  • Will review, comments to follow in the next few days, hopefully. Mark Arsten (talk) 16:19, 3 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
  • I've read the first three sections thus far, looks very well written and accessible. Interesting too. Here are the comments that I've come up with thus far:
  • You probably want to cite the quote in the lead.
  • It seems like there are two coordinates overlapping in the top right corner of the page.
  • " Although the site's road links are poor, it is just to the west of the main railway line between Calais and Boulogne-sur-Mer.[10] The area was already heavily militarised" There's a change of tense here, you might want to rephrase a bit to avoid that.
  • "putting 600 tons of shells on London each day" This wording sounds odd, but I guess it could just be me.
  • The paragraph that begins "The central group of galleries" has a lot of repetition of the word "gallery", some of that is unavoidable, but you might want to see if you can cut any out.
  • You might want to double check that the use of the serial comma is consistent.
  • Alright, that's all for now, will try to post more tomorrow. Mark Arsten (talk) 21:24, 5 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
  • Check the citation formatting, I saw one bare url down there.
  • That seems to have been added by someone else, I've resolved it. Prioryman (talk) 00:21, 10 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
  • I think you need more citations in the last paragraph of "Subsequent investigations and demolition".
  • I assume you mean for the quotations. I've added some more citations
  • It's not essential, but you might want to add a pronunciation for "Mimoyecques".
  • I'm not sure that's normally done for articles of this nature; surely it would be more appropriate to add a pronunciation to the place article, i.e. Mimoyecques? In any case I have no idea how to use IPA, so I would have to leave this to someone else. Prioryman (talk) 00:17, 10 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
  • "caused substantial damage, causing several of the galleries" Might want to try to avoid the "caused... causing" repetition here.
  • You might want to double check for consistency with the date comas (In 1940, X happened vs. In 1940 X happened).
  • "the installation of the first five HDP barrels would begin on 15 July and would be completed by 15 August" Can the second "would" be removed?
  • "it was believed at the time that the A-4 rocket (later better known as the V-2) had to be launched from tubes or "projectors", so it was naturally believed that the inclined shafts at Mimoyecques were intended to house such devices." Some repetition of "it was believed" here.
  • Other than that, looks great, very few complaints here. Mark Arsten (talk) 17:49, 7 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
  • Alright, looks good, I'm willing to pass this now. Excellent work on the article, it's refreshing to read an article like this. The only last point I'll make is that some of the French sources don't have translated titles, so you should add those when you get a chance. There are also two dead links that should be cleared up. Rate of fire edit

The mentioned rate of fire was projected for the Mimoyecques site if all 50 cannons would have come in action! Intended was a rate of about 10 projectiles per cannon per hour. Concerns also V-3 cannon. --Хрюша 18:13, 21 November 2020 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Chriusha (talkcontribs)
