Orphaned references in Fort McPherson, Northwest Territories edit

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Fort McPherson, Northwest Territories's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "2016census":

  • From Fort Resolution: Fort Resolution, HAM Northwest Territories (Census subdivision)
  • From Nova Scotia: "Population and dwelling counts, for Canada, provinces and territories, 2016 census". Statcan.gc.ca. February 8, 2017. Retrieved February 8, 2017.
  • From Fort Liard: "Census Profile, 2016 Census". Statistics Canada. 2017-07-21.
  • From Yellowknife: "2011 Census". Government of Canada. Retrieved 2014-02-07.
  • From Tuktoyaktuk: "Census Profile". 2016 Census. Statistics Canada.
  • From Yukon: "Population and dwelling counts, for Canada, provinces and territories, 2016 and 2011 censuses". Statistics Canada. February 2, 2017. Retrieved April 30, 2017.
  • From Hay River, Northwest Territories: Hay River, T Northwest Territories (Census subdivision)

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 05:28, 25 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

NPOV edit

"The Gwich'in people of Fort McPherson are very welcoming of strangers and go out of their way to make them welcome."

Is the rest of the population unwelcoming to strangers? What is notable about the Gwich'in being welcoming; compared to other cities or people in the population? Do we have references for this opinion? --Xephael (talk) 17:45, 2 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

I removed it. CambridgeBayWeather, Uqaqtuq (talk), Huliva 22:23, 6 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
