Removal of Cleanup Tag

Please note that the addition of the {{cleanup}} tag is in reference to the style and content of this article, to help it achieve Wikipedia's style and notability standards. It should not have been removed without the consensus of multiple editors. Remember, Wikipedia is a encyclopedia based on collaboration, and not a webspace for individual or organizational use.

I have not replaced the removed tag because I do not wish to partake in an edit war, though I hope you understand my good intentions of my placing the tag in the first place. There is a lot of good information here in this article, but I feel it is need of content and formatting revision to improve its role within Wikipedia.
