I agree that the content is well-written, but most of this content really belongs on the Formica_rufa_species_group page, because it is specific to wood ants, rather than here on the Formica page. The genus Formica is much broader than just wood ants. This page needs a substantial overhaul. Instead of detailed but unbalanced content on one part or a few parts of the Formica genus, this page should give an overview of the main subgroups within the Formica genus, directing the reader to their pages to learn more detail.
