Arborway rail issue

edit

I removed POV references to the bus/streetcar controversy. Quotation marks and words like supposed are not appropriate. I also replace the picture of a bus stop with the station pic. MarkinBoston 16:18, 21 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

History

edit

Why is their no history on the station here. It just talks about its modern day stylings. On the Forest Hills Page their is some history and even a photo. I don't know much about the history, but I am sure someone does. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.91.136.187 (talk) 02:23, 6 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

I might've found some evidence that was made before 1909, and that the current one might be the third Forest Hills Station(http://www.lightlink.com/sglap3/massachusetts/othstatgone.htm). Scroll down to Suffolk County on that link, and you'll see an earlier version than the 1909 elevated station. ----DanTD (talk) 17:53, 8 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
Couple years late, but I've added some history. Pi.1415926535 (talk) 20:46, 8 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

14 or 16 or 18 bus routes?

edit

As it stands now, the article claims there are 14 or 18 bus routes, but actually lists 16 routes. Since I don't know how many routes actually serve the station, either now or after proposed cutbacks in July 2012, I've let these inconsistencies stand. Could somebody who knows the neighborhood better update this? --Reify-tech (talk) 20:03, 15 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

There were a number of places for the confusion, among them the 34 versus 34E. I've corrected the article - it's 16 regular routes plus the barely-there 192. Pi.1415926535 (talk) 20:46, 8 August 2014 (UTC)Reply
