Not only that, but Foreign Languages (plural) Publishing House was/is? a publisher in Moscow that published Russian and other Soviet lit. in English, and I presume other languages. So this page should refer to the Moscow publisher, another page, Foreign Language (singular) Publishing House created to refer to the North Korean - and other Communist state publishing houses need to be checked - and then disambiguation notices atop both/all pages. Split proposal: Since this article deals with two distinct organizations with the same (or similar) name, it should be split into the following articles with a disambiguation page remaining in its place (both Foreign Languages Publishing House and the redirect Foreign Language Publishing House):

The reason I would go for parenthetical disambiguation rather than the 'correct' names (see discussions above) is that out of the 17 incoming article namespace links 10 point to the Soviet publisher, six to the North Korean, and one to both. There is no consistency in the plural/singular issue (indeed, all the singular links point erroneously to the Soviet publisher). Revised proposal: On a second thought, all the material I've come across identifies the North Korean publisher as the "Foreign Languages Publishing House" (see eg. the KPEA catalogue). I'm revising the proposal to house the new article at:
