This article appears to be incorrect in the statement that the only Y-Block engine offered in the Australian Customlines/Mainlines was the 292. I have borrowed through the local library [1] published in 1956 by Scientific Magazines Publishing Co. in Rockdale NSW. It covers the BN Series of 1955 and the BJ Series of 1956 onwards. In the manual, it states them as both being 272 cu. ins. (4457 c.c.) with bore at 3.625 in (92.075 mm) and stroke of 3.30 in ( 83.8 mm). Interestingly, the 1955 BN had a 6.8 to 1 compression which could be increased to 7.6 to 1 with the removal of (de)compression plates.Piglos (talk) 08:49, 28 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

"This being Ford’s first OHV engine" is erroneous. The text even mentions that the earlier designed six cylinder was an OHV engine.
