I moved the claim that Fonseca is a "Sephardic Jewish surname" "with over twenty different sources". I don't really know what the latter assertion even means, but the name is clearly Spanish/Portuguese, as the etymology makes clear. I can see no reason to assert that it's specifically Jewish.
