Confusion between two or more distinct devices edit
This article appears to confuse two (or perhaps more) distinct devices that appear to share the same name. In particular this reference shows a device that is clearly very different from the device being used to measure refractive error in rural/developing world populations. The "usage" section of the article relates to the former, not the latter.--Srleffler (talk) 06:11, 29 November 2008 (UTC)
