correct common name - didn't correct capitals edit

I have edited the common name to be consistent with naming conventions established by the Center for Norther American Herpetology. The name is softshell, not softshell turtle. See their publication entitled Standard Common and Current Scientific Names for North American Amphibians, Turtles, Reptiles & Crocodilians (Collins and Taggart 2009).
